FREE CLASS: Healthly Living for Your Brain & Body

Presented by the Alzheimer's Association

On Thursday, May 25 at 5:30pm the Alzheimer’s Association East Central Iowa Chapter will be presenting the Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body workshop.

This program will be held at the Robey Memorial Library Community Room (lower level) at 401 1st Ave NW. The educational workshop will be available for anyone who would like to know more about keeping your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

With more than 63,000 people in Iowa currently living with Alzheimer’s, staying educated about this disease is more important than ever before. To register for this free program, please call the Alzheimer’s Association at 800.272.3900 or Robey Memorial Library at 563.568.4424.
