The library expansion project has been in the planning stages for the past 10 years.  Currently, Robey Memorial Library is in the midst of a capital fundraising campaign for $1.4 million in funds from the City of Waukon, Allamakee County, businesses, individuals and foundation grants. The capital fundraising campaign is led by campaign co-chairs Will Ament and Ken Olson, MD, along with campaign honorary co-chairs Jens Kallevang and John Leschensky, and about 30 other volunteers.
