Table Game Day

RML will host a table game event on September 14 with games suitable for the whole family.

Join us at Robey Memorial Library for a Table Game Event, Saturday, September 14 from 10am-12pm in the lower level Community Room!  Register for door prizes and play (or learn to play) beginner-friendly, non-competitive, casual table games!

Learn to play Gloom—a world full of eccentrics who delight in misery. In this card game players control a family of misfits with the goal of making your characters as miserable as possible before they die, and to making other players' characters horrendously happy. Players are encouraged to narrate their characters' misfortunes and mishaps, creating unique stories of suffering with each play session.

A variety of table games are available for ages preschool through adult, including: Apples to Apples, Backgammon, Candy Land, Checkers, Chess, Connect 4, Dixit, Elephant’s Trunk, Exploding Kittens, Gloom, Go, Gotcha!, Monopoly, Pandemic, Qwirkle, Settlers of Catan, Takenoko, Yeti Set Go!, Zombie Dice & more…OR bring your own!

Players are welcome to bring their own snacks. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This is a free program.
