RML will be hosting a Virtual Author Visit Series in the Robey Memorial Library Community Room for the 2021 All Iowa Reads winners.

 

Randy Ribay, author of the 2021 Teen All Iowa Reads title Patron saints of nothing, will appear in a free virtual visit webinar open to the public on Monday, August 9th at 5pm. The webinar will be hosted by Iowa Center for the Book and will last about an hour, and the author will discuss the book and answer questions from attendees submitted in the chat window during the webinar.

 

 

 

Nickolas Butler, author of the 2021 All Iowa Reads title Little faith, will appear in a free virtual visit webinar open to the public on Thursday, September 9th at 7pm. The webinar will be hosted by Iowa Center for the Book and will last about an hour, and the author will discuss the book and answer questions from attendees submitted in the chat window during the webinar.

 

 

 

Remy Lai, author of the 2021 Kids All Iowa Reads title Pie in the sky, will appear in a free virtual visit webinar open to the public on Thursday, October 21st at 4pm. The webinar will be hosted by Iowa Center for the Book and will last about an hour, and the author will discuss the book and answer questions from attendees submitted in the chat window during the webinar.

 

 

 

Want to read the book before the webinar? Ask library staff if the book is available in the library to check out. The title is also available in ebook and audiobook format on Bridges.

All Iowa Reads fosters a sense of unity through reading. Iowans are encouraged to come together in their communities to read and talk about a single book title in the same year.
