Robey Memorial Library is pleased to announce the return of Afternoon with the Driftless, a fun and educational monthly program presented by a naturalist from the Allamakee County Conservation Board.

Beginning in August, the program will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from August through April at 3:30 p.m. in the library.

Designed for children and families, each session features a story followed by an engaging presentation about animals, nature, and conservation. Participants can also enjoy a variety of hands-on activities that make learning about the natural world fun and interactive.

Every month explores a different topic. Past programs have featured apples, beavers, nature sculptures, storms, the Iditarod, and many other fascinating subjects, ensuring there is always something new to discover.

Whether you're curious about wildlife, interested in the outdoors, or simply looking for an engaging after-school activity, Afternoon with the Driftless offers an exciting opportunity to connect with nature while learning from a local conservation expert.

The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
