Farmers, landowners, and their families to attend Passing on the Family Farm: Educational Session on Generational Farming Legacy, an informative program designed to help families prepare for the successful transition of their farming operation to the next generation.
The educational session will be presented by Eric Guth, Advisor, CLF, FSS, LUTCF, and Nick Wilz, Advisor, who will share practical strategies and resources to help families navigate the complexities of farm succession.
Topics covered during the session include:
- Succession planning
- Business planning
- Risk management
- Financial independence
- Estate planning services
Participants may attend one of four sessions at Robey Memorial Library:
- Tuesday, August 18 at 9:30 am or 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, August 26 at 9:30 am or 4:00 pm
